What is Trackifi?
Trackifi is a resource management platform built for consulting teams. It connects time tracking, resource allocation, planning, analytics and invoicing in one tool.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan includes time tracking, unlimited projects, allocation management, invoicing, and reports for one user. No credit card required.
How much does Premium cost?
Premium is 15 EUR per seat per month. It includes everything in Free plus freelancer management, advanced analytics, integrations, unlimited seats, and priority support.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Premium comes with a one month free trial. No credit card required to start.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can downgrade or cancel at any time. Changes take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Where is my data stored?
All data is stored in EU data centres. Trackifi is based in Finland and fully GDPR compliant. All our data is stored in the EU in EU owend companies.
What integrations are available?
Trackifi integrates with Procountor for invoicing and Google Calendar for time tracking. Slack integration, API and Netvisor integration are coming soon.
How long does onboarding take?
Most teams are up and running within a few days. We help with setup, data migration, and team training at no extra cost.
Do freelancers count as seats?
Yes. Every person who logs hours — employee or freelancer — counts as one seat.
