We built Trackifi for a real need

We did not find a solution that matched our criteria so decided to build one. Read below what challenges we had and how we plan to solce those.

The challenges we faced

Unknown capacity & targets

Consultants often juggle multiple projects without a clear view of how many hours remain or what projects to do.

End of the month rolls around and people scramble to log hours. It’s tedious and no one likes to do it, so it gets delayed or completely forgotten.

• Super simple time tracking with a clean UI makes logging fast and painless.
• Automatic Slack reminders (beta, launching this year) notify users so managers don’t have to chase anyone.

End-of-month copy-paste chaos

Export to Excel, check rates, copy into accounting software, repeat. It’s slow, error-prone, and nobody enjoys it, but it has to be done.

• One click turns hours into PDF invoices or exports them directly to Procountor.
• Done in seconds without errors.

Messy freelancer invoices

Freelancers all invoice differently, in different formats, different schedules. It’s frustrating for them and for you.
