From the beginning, we wanted Trackifi to be simple. Not just in how it works, but also in how it is priced.

Too many SaaS tools drown you in pricing tables, feature gates, and hidden upsells. You end up spending more time comparing plans than actually using the product. That is exactly the kind of noise we want to avoid.

Two plans. Nothing else.

• Free for individuals. You get nearly all the functionality: time tracking, analytics, invoicing, integrations, unlimited projects, but only one user.
• Premium (€15 per user / month) for teams. Everything in Free, plus multi-user support and business integrations like Procountor.

That is it. No hidden add-ons, no confusing tiers.

For solos and for teams

Trackifi exists because we needed it ourselves. And when you are running a business, the last thing you need is more complexity or surprise costs.

The free plan is built to be genuinely useful for freelancers and solo users, not a crippled version. You can track all your work, manage as many projects as you like, and get the same core features.

The premium plan is for companies and teams who rely on Trackifi every day. That means multiple users, shared visibility, and integrations that matter when running a business.

Supporting individuals and freelancers

We want Trackifi to be a tool that helps individuals do their best work without barriers. That is why the free plan is not limited to a handful of features. It is designed to give solo users everything they need to run their work properly.

Freelancers and independent professionals often get left behind by software that is either too expensive or too restricted. Trackifi is our way of saying: you deserve the same level of clarity and control as larger companies.

If you grow into a team, we will be here with Premium. Until then, Free is enough.
