About Trackifi
Trackifi is a Finnish software company founded in 2025. We focus on building practical tool for consulting teams to manage their business with ease and accuracy.
Our journey
When we were running our consulting business, we kept running into the same operational problems again and again. We could not find a tool that fit how a small consulting team actually works. While consulting others, we saw similar issues everywhere.
At first we tracked everything in Excel. It worked for few people. When we grew, it became a bottleneck and difficult to use. Many tools we tried were either too complex or too shallow. We did not need an enterprise level ERP, but we needed more than a simple timesheet tool.
The hardest part was turning real work into accurate invoices. We used Procountor for invoicing, and every month we had to gather hours from every person and project, verify rates, and build invoices manually. It was tedious and prone to error prone errors.
We did not find the missing middle. So we started building it. Trackifi exists to help consulting teams plan capacity, capture billable work, and invoice with confidence.
